Network Security

While most network-based security solutions, i.e. firewall appliances, are able to do a good job of preventing external attacks and/or blocking access to potentially harmful content, these appliances do little to prevent security breaches from non-external threats. Individual laptops, UBM cards, and mobile devices could be allowed to access the local area network accidentally and alow for the spread of malware without the "firewall appliance" being able to do anything about it.

The Edge2WAN "cloud security" solution ensures that internal threats are also protected against using our plug-in clients which monitor local systems and provide the ability to clean systems which might have been infected prior to implementation.
